Dear shopper, in order to allow us to ship frozen products anywhere in SA we need to pack your order in a polystyrene box with ice packs as shipping takes 2-4 working days from dispatch. The couriers only operate during weekdays, so we only ship orders on Monday mornings to ensure that your purchase does not spend a weekend melting in a warehouse somewhere :-)

Please note we will not be able to ship orders outside the Western Cape between 16 Dec and 4 Jan due to public holidays and seasonal shipping delays causing long transit times. Our final shipment for the year will be the 15th Dec. Any orders placed after this will only be shipped on 5th January. For Western Cape clients we will continue to ship orders every Monday.

Western Cape: 1-2 days (receive on Tues or Wed)
The rest of the country: 3-4 days (receive Thurs or Fri - usually Thurs and soooometimes Wed)

Perfect portion size in each sachet for one medium pizza. We supply this product for restaurants and it is not available in any of our retail outlets - online only! This extrudable 'cheese' comes in a sachet. Simply cut off a corner, squeeze the cheese onto your pizza (or mac n cheese??), and cook as you normally would.
This product is best kept in the freezer for up to 6 months and thawed as needed. Can be rapidly thawed in warm water or thawed slowly in the fridge or at room temp. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 weeks unopened. Once opened use within 3 days.
